It is a collegiate body and its members carry out their roles exclusively in favour of Foundation interests, independently of any other interest or aim that could benefit them.
It is composed of a minimum of three and a maximum of 15 members.They have to be natural or legal persons; public or private.Private members must always be more than the 75 % of the total.
The members of the board of trustee are entities and noted individuals in cultural, scientific, philanthropic, civic and economic activities or professionals in the fields in which the social activity of the Foundation is carried out.
